“Holiday Inn” in the biggest business park “Airport City” – in 2008 starts construction of the hotel with 220 rooms and 16 floors

Construction of a luxurious hotel in the business park “Airport City” in New Belgrade should start in August, 2008, as it was announced yesterday (Nov, 7th, 2007) by the Executive Director of “Airport City”, Gili Dekel.

- Hotel, which will be a part of the chain “Holliday Inn”, will have 16 floors, and 60 millions EUR will be invested in closure of works within business objects, said Dekel.

Total area will be 70.000 square meters with 220 rooms, and the hotel will decrease constant deficit in hotel accommodations in Belgrade.

Dekel also announced third phase of construction of “Airport City” which will have besides the hotel three business towers.
