Office space in House of Trade Unions building in Belgrade for sale

(House of Trade Unions) The Association of Trade Unions of Montenegro (SSCG) has announced the sale of its 714 square meter office space in Belgrade.
This office space in situated at Nikole Pasica Square, in the building of the former Association of Trade Unions of Yugoslavia, and the Association of Trade Unions of Serbia was already offered to buy it.
However, the price of EUR 1.4 million was too high for the Trade Unions of Serbia which rejected the offer.
For the purpose of selling the office space in question, a notice of public sale will be issued, and all interested can mail their bid to the address of SSCG in Podgorica.
And if the office space fails to be sold, it will be put up for rent.
