Ino BIl, President of German company "Bil Immobilien" from Frankfurt, which owns numerous hotel chains all around the world, and Boško Ničić, Mayor of Zaječar, signed the contract on Friday (October 26, 2007) on construction of hotel complex and gerontology center in settlement Kraljevica.
According to the contract, German company will invest 3.8m EUR in construction of 4-star hotel with 100 rooms, spa center, sports courts and big congress hall, as well as gerontology center that will, as it has been said, represent mini town.
In return, Municipality of Zaječar will allot land with related infrastructure to German company on 50 years and these facilities will be built on that land.
