Copy linkLidl is coming to Sombor as well - Construction of Capitol park is starting, first buyers before the spring 2017
British company, Poseidon Group, announced it
is starting construction of retail park in Sombor. British company is investing
more than EUR 10 m in the construction of Capitol parka Sombor and during the
construction of the park 200 people will be hired. Demolishing of the existing
facilities will start in the next days and construction will start when weather
conditions allow, it was published at the official website of Sombor.
As communicated, Capitol park Sombor will comprise more than 6.000 m2 of sales area and free parking will be provided for 200 vehiceles. The first buyers are expected before spring 2017 and 100 people will work in shops.
Sombor-based Capitol
park, Poseidon Group communicates, will offer fashion labels Takko and Deichmann,
and final negotiations with international fashion brand and a drugstore for the
remaining shops have been in progress. Contract was signed with Lidl as well, a
German supermarket chain which committed to build at the lot next to Capitol
park Sombor.
Recreation area and
area for regular events will be used by 86.000 citizens as well as citizens
from neighboring towns in Vojvodina.
