Belgrade-based Beko fashion company for sale

Belgrade-based fashion company Beko AD in bankruptcy has announced the sale of immovables with accompanying movables by public auction.

The company has put up the following property up for sale: a 2,746.77 square meter office space - store at 44 Knez Mihailova Street in Belgrade at a starting prie of EUR 6,443,711.92, an office space at 39 Knez Mihailova at a starting price of EUR 9,893,000, a 596.76 square meter holiday hostel in Belanovica at a price of EUR 98,562.60, a factory in Arandjelovac at a starting price of EUR 159,888.03, and a factory in Kovin at a starting price of EUR 504,326.25.

Public auction will be held at 12 noon on February 23rd, at the address of the Belgrade fashion company Beko - 44 Knez Mihailova, while the deadline to submit applications is February 16th
