Copy link30 lots in Cajetina and Zlatibor under hammer
The Cajetina municipality has released public
call for sale of construction land in populated settlements Cajetina (994 m2) and
Zlatibor (34.369 m2), in Branesci (631 m2) and Alin potok (2.138 m2).
In populated settlement Cajetina, two registry lots are under hammer and 26 lots in Zlatibor and one in Branesci and Alin potok.
At the lots which are subject to this sale, facilities in line with the regulations from the Spatial plan of the Cajetina municipality and Detailed Regulation plan for populated settlement Cajetina with populated settlement Zlatibor (the first and the second stage).Deadline for defining land purpose for all three locations is three years as of the contract signing.
The advertisement is open until February 13, 2016 and exact time and place of bids opening will be timely communicated at the board of the Cajetina municipality.
