House of the Army officially declared property of City of Subotica

Based on a contract of sale, the City of Subotica has taken over the possession of the House of the Army from the Army of Serbia, the Subotica Mayor's office announced Tuesday, 15 December 2015.
As it was explained, Subotica has taken over a military complex called Ulica Borisa Kidrica i Vuka Karadzica which serves the purpose of the House of the Army of Serbia, has a surface area of over 5,000 square meters and is situated in the city center. It will cost the local self-government about EUR 3 million that will be paid in 60 monthly installments.
