Serbia at prestigious Fair of real estates and investments"Expo Real 2007" in Munich - Dinkić invites investors

Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) has organized the participation of Serbian companies and representatives of municipality in one of the largest fairs of real estates and investments in Europe - "Expo Real 2007", which started today (October 8, 2007) in Munich and it will be closed on October 10.

On the national stand of Serbia named "Made in Serbia", on surface of 121 square meters, the projects will be represented by three companies that deal with real estates - "MPC Properties ", "Legat " and "AND", as well as representatives of municipalities of Zrenjanin, Pirot, Vranje, Paraćin, Kragujevac and Subotica.

In addition to SIEPA, as a national agency, there will also be representatives of Investment Support Fund in Vojvodina and Directorate for Building Land and Construction of Belgrade.

As SIEPA announced, Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, will organize presentation "Invest in Serbia - Now Is the Time" on the first day of the Fair. On that occasion, all investment opportunities of Serbia will be presented.

On the second day of the Fair, presentation named "Investment Opportunities in Serbia - Ski Center Stara Planina Mountain" will be held. On that occasion, master plan for construction of ski center on that mountain will be represented.

Fair "Real expo 2007", which gathers more than 1,600 companies from about 40 countries this year, represents an ideal place for promotion of investment potentials of Serbia in field of real estates.
