Lidl acquires land in Pancevo - Investment valued at RSD 73.6 million

The winner of an auction, and the only bidder, for a city land in Mose Pijade Street is the company Lidl supermarketi. This city lot will be sold to Lidl at a starting market price determined by the Tax Administration, meaning they would pay a little more than RSD 73 million, RTV Pancevo announced today.

This decision of the Committee for Lease and Alienation of City Building Land will have to be confirmed by the City Assembly before the sale is sealed.

Lidl supermarketi expressed interest in entering the market of Pancevo a long time ago. The location in Mose Pijade Street was one of those they mentioned as the most suitable in talks with city authorities.
