Seven land lots in Cukarica put up for sale

The Building Land Directorate has launched a tender to alienate seven building lots in Miloja Zakica Street in Cukarica, which are currently in the possession of the City of Belgrade. Applications for participation in the public bidding process are accepted by December 14th at the Building Land Directorate, Beoinfo cited the Directorate as announcing.
All interested investors are free to bid for one or more building lots in Miloja Zakica Street in Cukarica, where these land lots occupy a total surface area of 3,718 square meters. Building lots range in size from 447 to 772 square meters, and it is possible to build individual housing on them.
Price for the alienation of building land is determined on the basis of market value appraisal that was done by the Public Revenue Administration of the City of Belgrade. It is estimated at RSD 40,362.58 per square meter of land, meaning that starting prices for these land lots range from 18 to 31.1 million dinars.
