No one interested in Beobanka's building

The fourth attempt of sale of building of Beobanka in Zeleni venac failed since not a single interested buyer appeared at public auction on Tuesday, November 3.

The city offer the structure of the former building whose initial price was a bit less than a million euros. Apart from this 13-floors building, sale of flat in Andre Nikolic street and a building in Stolacka street failed.

Since this auction failed, these real estate will be offered to the interested buyers in the next time again.
