Rakovica to get the biggest retail park in Belgrade - Construction of Capitol Park to start in the first quarter 2016 (PHOTO)

Capitol Park Rakovica, mutual investment of British company Poseidon Group and Belgium Mitiska REIM, will be the biggest retail park in Belgrade and the first destination for shopping and entertainment in Rakovica municipality, the investors mutually confirmed.

With more than 108.000 people in Rakovica and a large number of residents in neighboring municipalities Cukarica and Vozdovac, Capitol Park Rakovica will be an excellent purchase location in the south part of Belgrade. It will be located in Patrijarha Dimitrija street where majority of residents from Rakovica live.
