Luxurious One&Only hotel in Kumbor will be ready for summer season 2018

Azmont investments, investor of the Portonovi project in Kumbor, is announcing that within new highly luxurious destination totaling EUR 500 m, for the season 2018 the first One&Only hotel in Europe will be ready as well.

The Portonovi project, the most important investment with Azerbaijani capital in Montenegro at the location of former military barracks in Kumbor officially started in August 2013.

They then announced that by May 2016 complex the first One&Only hotel in Europe with 110 luxurious rooms, suites, villas and spa center on 3.000 m2, a marine with 250 ties, restaurants and bars, boulevards, beach and country clubs, luxurious villas will be finished.

With the contract on a long-term Orjenski bataljon barracks location rent stage implementation was defined. It implies that in the first four years since the contract becomes effective (February 2013) investment in preparation works and construction of the hotel facilities totaling EUR 52 m will be implemented while entire investment will be implemented in the period of eight years (EUR 258 m).
