The Subotica local self-government is going to build a new facility for investors in Mali Bajmok Industrial Zone, using the funds of the Capital Investment Administration of Vojvodina.

The plan is to build a business and production facility for the assembly of mechanical and electromechanical elements on a land lot of over 6,000 square meters, about 2,000 sqm of which will be occupied by the facility.

The value of public procurement for these works is estimated at around RSD 138 million, exclusive of VAT.

For the construction of this facility, the Capital Investment Administration of Vojvodina earmarked about RSD 158 million in 2015 through an open competition for grants for local and economic development projects.
