Bachelor hotel "Rad internacional" for sale on October 8

Privatization Agency has offered part of the bachelor hotel of company "Rad internacional" in Skender - beg Street in Belgrade for sale. Value of that part of property is 247.3m RSD. Deadline for delivery of bids is October 8 when the bids will be opened in public.

This part of the bachelor hotel has 80 rooms, 348 beds and useful surface of 3,379.05 square meters. According to the ad, the subjects of the sale will also be belonging equipment and inventory, while the estimated value is not going to be the minimal acceptable value, and it is in no way obligatory or decisive for the bidder.

All juristic and physical persons who pay the deposit in amount of 49,464,596 RSD can participate in the purchase.
