– Beograd is selling land on 54.142 m2 at the Belgrade-Nis highway, after the
toll ramp in Bubanj potok across the complex where construction of IKEA
department store is starting.
Three warehouses have
already been built on this lot on 2.940 m2.
Apart from that, construction of a logistic
center on net area of 37.130 m2 was planned and for which decision on approval
for construction and construction permit – a confirmation on receipt of
documentation for I stage of construction was issued ( with app. 13. 500 m2 of
warehouse and 12 loading and unloading ramps).
