"Continental" and "Slavija lux" on auction by end of year - privatization of hotel by quickened procedure

Minister of Economy, Mlađan Dinkić, announced quickened privatization of hotels. The auction for sale of hotel "Continental" will be held by the end of November, and it will be followed by the auction for JAT's "Slavija lux".

- Hotel "Slavija" was separated from public company "Jat Airways" during the restructuring process in that company. Selection of consulting company is underway, after which the deadlines will be set and the auction scheduled. As far as hotel "Continental" is concerned, it is still owned by company "Internacional CG" (formerly known as "Genex"), which is still in the restructuring process, but the plan for privatization is also being designed - said Dušan Belanović, PR Manager of the Privatization Agency.
