Almost entire available space in A tower within Belgrade Waterfront complex sold
It took only seven hours to sell most of the available apartments in the Tower A. On Saturday (3 October 2015), in the building of the Belgrade Cooperative, future tenants of Belgrade Waterfront were interested the most in those most exclusive and most expensive flats. Although priced at between 300,000 and 400,000 euro, these apartments were the first to get new owners.
There were more than 130 buyers on the first day of sale of apartments. Having analyzed and examined the model of the complex, most of them decided to pay EUR 1,000 to book an apartment.
In order to protect buyers from journalists, representatives of the Beograd na vodi company forbade news crews to report from yesterday's event. The sale of apartments was done in a way that every prospective buyer got their own queue number and sales agent.
In order to obtain accurate information, a Novosti reporter registered as a buyer. At 4 PM, only four one-room apartments were available, ranging in size from 55 to 60 square meters. The cheapest was the 57 square meter flat with the view of the city, priced at EUR 169,000, VAT included. However, additional EUR 19,800 must be paid for a garage, which is mandatory.
- Every apartment has a balcony, and tenants will also be able to use an indoor swimming pool and a gym within the building – kind sales agents explain.
Nikola Nedeljkovic, the director of Beograd na vodi, said last night that more than 75% of available apartments were sold.
