Assets of Nis-based EI Cegar soon for sale

Bankruptcy manager of Nis-based EI Cegar in bankruptcy intends to sell the assets of this company, which is why he announced a plan, method and terms of sale on Friday (2 October 2015).

The subject of sale is the entire movable and immovable assets in Nis, which includes five facilities with accompanying production equipment, office equipment and inventory.

Starting price is RSD 174,899,393, while the required deposit is RSD 69,959,757.

All the assets will be offered for sale by public auction as a single lot.

Public auction will take place at 11 AM on October 18th in the Privatization Agency in Belgrade.
