Serbian construction companies to build first two towers - Next week to see appointment of all contractors for Belgrade Waterfront

(Belgrade Waterfront) On September 20th, the Government of the Republic of Serbia published on its website an Agreement on joint investment in the Belgrade Waterfront project, which they signed with investors from the United Arab Emirates five months ago.

Construction of the first two residential towers will commence September 27th. According to Sinisa Mali, the mayor of Belgrade, these two towers will be built by domestic companies, and all contractors will be appointed next week.

So far, contracts have been signed with local companies Novko, PMC and Masinoprojekt.
