Mataruska and Bogutovacka banja company put up for sale

The Privatization Agency announced a public call today for letters of interest in participation in the privatization process of the company Mataruska and Bogutovacka banja from Mataruska Banja.
The deadline to submit letters of interest is October 2nd.
Spa resorts Mataruska and Bogutovacka have never been covered by the network of the Health Insurance Fund. They originally had a status of public company, but got nationalized after several unsuccessful privatization attempts. Hotels Termal and Mineral in these spa resorts have 450 beds and 82 employees, but they're both closed since March 2015 because their accounts are blocked.
