Zrenjanin municipality released advertisement
on alientaion of publicly-owned non-built construction land in the city of Zrenjanin at the localities "Jugoistok-I",
"Berbersko", "Berbersko 2", "Uroš Predić",
"Baranjska" and "Bagljas - aerodrom" through collection of written
bids.
The initial price of non-built construction land totals EUR 8,75 "Jugoistok-I" per square meter, RSD 943 per square meter at "Bagljas - aerodrom" RSD 3.251 per square meter at "Uros Predic" 3and RSD 2.568 at "Baranjska"
Minimal lot area is 2.000m2, and occupation degree of construction lot is up to 50%, depending on technological, traffic and environmental needs.
The investor is obliged to take over fudning of construction of lacking infrastructure, based on the data of the urban plan, technical terms of public companies owners of infrastructure and prices planned within the program of construction land development at the territory of the City of Zrenjanin.
