Sutomore gets tourist complex on 80.000 m2 - Construction at Maljevik starts in 2016
Construction of the luxurious tourist settlement at Maljevik in Sutomore will start in 2016, the minister of sustainable development and tourism of Montenegro, Branimir Gvozdenovic, confirmed for Vikend novine.
The investor immediately paid EUR 32 m to Bar municipality for land and for the problems and changes of the detailed urban plan could not have started building the complex for years.
With the project implementation at Maljevik, Montenegro would, the minister added, generate a few major benefits.
According to the contract, the investor will at the location where a decade-old pine woods is, build the hotel capacities on 80.000 m2, tourist suites, renting villas, a marine and all supplementary catering facilities which will align with categorization of four to five starts, Montenegrin media report.
