"Delta City" in Podgorica – construction works worth 22m EUR

General Manager of "Delta Investments", Dragan Buđevac, announced that “Delta City Montenegro” should also be opened in Podgorica by the end of February 2008.

This center has been adapted to the Montenegrin market, which means that it is twice smaller than complex "Delta City" in Belgrade, and it will have ground floor and one storey.

The value of the construction works, not including rental fee for the land and participation, is about 22m EUR.
