Contract signed on sale of building of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs - 29.1m EUR
The contract with company "Totally Holiday" on sale of complex of buildings of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, worth 29.1m EUR, has been signed by the assistant to the Manager of the Directorate for Property, Srboljub Panić, and representative of "Totally Holiday", Žarko Pavlović, who said that the money would be paid before the expiration of period of 20 days, and that the construction works would start after the company obtained required permits.
Panić said that he was satisfied with the fact that the contract had been signed with "Totally Holiday" and that he hoped that that would put an end to the sale of buildings of former Federal Ministry of Internal affairs after four tender procedures.
On the fourth tender for sale of buildings torn down during NATO bombing in 1999, in Kneza Miloša Street in Belgrade, starting price amounted to 28.8m EUR. The bids were delivered by four bidders, and the first-ranked was company "Plaza centers" PPM, which offered price of 35.4m EUR, but it gave up the contract signing.
