Soravia gets BIGS building for EUR 35 million

("Old Mill") Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali said today that negotiations on the acquisition of BIGZ building were in the final phase, adding that the investment in that project would amount to EUR 35 million.

Austria's Soravia Group has expressed interest in investing and renovating the building of BIGZ.

The mayor talked with the owner of Soravia Group, Han Soravia, yesterday.

By the way, this Austrian company has already built Radisson Blu Old Mill Hotel in Belgrade.
