Building of touristic town 'Porto Skadar Lake' starts on 1 September

On Skadar lake, near Rijeka Crnojevica, in the municipality of Cetinje, building of the new exclusive tourist complex ‘Porto Skadar Lake’, will start on 1 September, it is said in Podgorica.
The investor, the French businessman Lionel Sonigo, says for Podgorica newspaper ‘Pobjeda’ he will invest 75 mil EUR in building of the new tourist town, which he presented as the first ecological hotel resort in Europe.
The new tourist complex will be situated in the National Park Skadar lake zone, and the first phase will be finished in two years.
The complex near Skadar lake will take 37.500 m2 of land and the ecological surrounding will be fully respected. 32 private villas will be also built near the hotel.
