"Stinky" buildings to be removed after all - Two new ones to be built at the location of the existing ones

Problem of residents who bought flats in so-called stinky buildings in Novi Beograd will be solved with construction of two new buildings at the same location and the existing ones will be demolished, the head of the Construction directorate of Serbia, Nebojsa Sutlan has said today.

He reminded that the problem with unpleasant scents which appeared in facilities 1 and 3 in Dr. Ivan Ribar settlement has been lasting for a year and it was defined it was chemical pollution.

He added that for the rest of the buyers of flats will be solved through constriction of two new, healthy buildings at the same locations since the existing ones will be demolished.
