Hrvatski telekom announces sale of 24 real estate in Croatia

Hrvatski telekom (HT) announced sale of 24 different from its portfolio , mainly of office buidlings and space as well as construction land in different towns and places in Croatia.

HT opted for sale, as Seebiz reports, to "optimized its portfolio of real estate ", as well as because "process of rationalization of business through time lead to decrease in need for usage of some space".

HT says primary objective of announcement is to get insight into the interest of potential buyers and “depending on interest and evaluation of offers, further steps will be considered”.

Some real estate listed for sale are in Zagreb, as well as Daruvar, Varazdin, Topuski, Sisak, Koprivnica, Dugopolje, Pula, Rijeka, Slavonski Brod and a few places and towns in Croatia, it was stated in the text.
