Luka Beograd is selling property of liable companies - Initial price is EUR 18,7 m

Luka Beograd, in line with the provisions of the adoptedPre-pack plan, announcedthe sale of property at Prva grupapovezanih lica, which are Belgrade-based Lumaco, Drum Creek,Luka Petrol, Gizmal Ltd Cyprus and Delute.

Property of Lumaco is splitinto 12 lots in Simanovci, on 198.453,00 m2. The initial land price wasestimated at EUR 2.381.436,00.

Land of Drum creek inBelgrade settlement in Vrcin and Zuce and Bubanj potoku, on 217.374 m2 is underhammer. Initial price of the land is EUR 9.933.450.

Luka Petrol has the building of business and services- warehouse of electrical goods on 20.748 m2, while entire lot occupies 5 ha 79 a and 13 m2. The facility hasmortgage at Komercijalna banka. The initial price totals EUR 6.351.380.

The stake of 1,45% at Delute is property of Gizmal Ltd Cyprus which is forsale at EUR 54.793,36.

Sale of property of these companies is carried out through collection of closedbids. Deadline is October 15, 2015.
