Miskovic sells Delta City in New Belgrade and Podgorica?

(Delta Planet) The sale of company headquarters is not the only sale Delta Holding is currently working on. Management of this company is in serious negotiations (with good chances of ending them successfully) to sell Delta City shopping malls in New Belgrade and Podgorica, Delta Holding President Miroslav Miskovic told the daily Danas, explaining that all these and similar moves lately were made "because it's not good to have all eggs in the same basket."
But, they also have a good news: the proceeds of the sale of shopping malls will be used to build the facility that has been the subject of a lot of talk over the past few years - Delta Planet, on the site near Autokomanda in Belgrade. As soon as all necessary permits are issued, Delta is ready to commence works within one month and finish them in a year and a half. The city center will then move from Knez Mihailova Street to Autokomanda, says the interlocutor of Danas.
People at Delta underline that these sales does not mean the shopping malls are on sale. As it was specified, Delta's core business has always been associated with the acquisition of firms and their polishing for the purpose of selling them as successfully as possible. It is a kind of investment fund. In this way, Delta attracted over EUR 1.5 billion to Serbia.
