Warehouse and a part of offices of Luka Beograd under hammer - New owner wanted for more than 5.700 m2

("Luka Beograd") The Agency for insurance of deposit announced a long list of real estate owned by Univerzal bank in bankruptcy for which it is looking for new owners.

Among 27 office spaces under hammer, there is also a warehouse and office space in Belgrade owned by Luka Beograd on 5.744 m2.

The initial price at public offers collection totals EUR 2.318.750.

Offers can be sent by May 22, 2015 and public opening will be carried out May 28 this year at 12.
