VESIC: Acquisition of city building land at market price

City Manager Goran Vesic announced that on the basis of the Draft Decision on City Building Land, which is on the agenda of today's session of the City Assembly, such land will no longer be put up for rent, but for sale at market prices, Beoinfo reports.

– This decision is made on the basis of amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction – the city manager explained.

According to him, the purchase price will be paid based on aforementioned Decision instead of an agreement signed with the City of Belgrade, which was the case before.
