The first owner of "piece of heaven"gets keys - Usage permit for 10 buildings in Lustica Bay arrived
Lustica Development got a usage permit for the first ten building with 70 suites in the Lustica Ba tourist complex which is built in the Traste bay near Tivat, on 6,9 m2, it was stated in the company announcement.
As of Friday, April 2, 2015, a new town in the Adriatic officially registered its first resident, an Egyptian, Nahwat Abdelaty, which replaced south France with Montenegro.
During next two months, for 70 new residents, takeover of keys and moving in will be organized.
During previous months, the company enables real estate owners to carry out works inspection in person in their suites and settlement so that they would make sure contractual provisions have been completely carried out.
The construction works at Lustica Bay started two years ago and the project comprises 690 ha of green area, with an open view over the Adriatic, Montenegrin mountains and Tivat bay it was announced. The project comprises 1.000 residential units, 500 city houses, luxurious villas at the hill, two marinas, seven hotels, golf court with Garry Player’s signature and other facilities essential for city functioning.
