Another foreign investment in Zrenjanin - Hungarian "Arkadom" is building a commercial park

The President of Zrenjanin county, Goran Knezevic and the General Director of the company "Arkadom" from Budapest, Istvan Sokorai, signed today (June, 13th, 2007) a contract of a construction of the commercial park on the left side of the magistral highway Zrenjanin - Novi Sad.

It is a matter of a hypermarket complex, with gas station, accomodation capacities and other business contents. By the Contract this investment needs to be realized in a year. It is expected to result in direct hiring of around 600 workers and to be a good stimulant for the entire business life of Mid Banat.

"Arkadom" company has annual traffic of between 100 and 150 millions eur and a great experience in building up this business-trade malls.

As the Contract has been signed, it was pointed put that Zrenjanin has been chosen as the first location for investment of "Arkadom" company on our market because of comparative advantages of this county and because of the best conditions for foreign investments made by the local management in Serbia.
