Daily rent for villa in "Russian Village” on hill above St. Stefan Island – 6,000 EUR
On one of the most beautiful belvederes at Montenegrin seaside, hill of Česminovo, above St. Stefan, in village of Tudorovići, the village known as “Russian Village” is being built. On three hectares of land, total of 37 luxurious villas will be constructed.
The investor, foreign consortium of companies, purchased parcels from local residents few years ago and, on that occasion, announced commencement of construction of big settlement with villas, which would be rented to tourists. According to Podgorica’s Vijesti, the villas should be finished prior to the beginning of the next season.
The project implies construction of villas of 220 - 250 square meters. A big swimming pool and SPA center will be in the central part. The villas will be managed by special managerial team, just like the similar settlements on elite tourist destinations.
In order for the whole settlement to have unique seal, the architects decided to use exclusively wood and stone, just like in old settlements from the past centuries. Every villa will have its wine cellar. The owners think that the daily rent for these villas will not be less than 3,000 EUR, and the prices will be even twice bigger, depending of the position of the villa and its luxury.
If the owner decided to sell all villas, possible price would amount to 50m EUR, judging by the current demand. Several rich Russian have already inquired about purchase of villas and offered 5,000 EUR per square meter.
