Bezanijska Kosa gets McDonald's restaurant

McDonald's is planning to have a new facility built within the Immocentar Two complex at Bezanijska Kosa in Belgrade, people at this company confirmed to eKapija.

The new restaurant in aforementioned shopping center should be finished by September 2015.

This project calls for the construction of a 429.07 square meter facility on a building lot of 21,916 square meters.

Once the restaurant is built, this location will also feature a parking lot for 229 cars.

The Secretariat for Town Planning and Construction Affairs of the City of Belgrade held a public presentation of the urban design for urban and architectural development of preliminary designs for the construction of restaurant within the Immocentar Two complex at Bezanijska Kosa.

Preparation of the given urban design is entrusted to Marcom project line from Belgrade.
