Fourth tender for sale of building of former Ministry of Internal affairs by end of week

- The new, fourth tender for sale of complex of buildings of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kneza Miloša Street will be announced this week – said the assistant of the Manager of the Directorate for Property, Srboljub Panić.

Panić said that the starting price for the complex of buildings damaged during the NATO bombing would remain the same and that it would amount to 28.8m EUR. On the previous tender, the Directorate signed the sales contract with Swiss company "Private project managament", which did not manage to pay the whole price of 34.5m EUR prior to the deadline.

Directorate for Property, according to the words of Panić, is not obliged to inform the buyer that the contract is broken, because the contract stipulates that the contract is automatically broken if the price is not paid.
