"Soravia" Group builds Hilton on Ohrid lake – investment worth 25m EUR

With the purchase of State-owned land on the coasts of Ohrid lake, "Soravia Group" provided preconditions for construction of luxurious hotel capacity, a part of famous hotel chain "Hilton".

Macedonian Prime Minister, Nikola Grujevski, confirmed that total investment was worth 25m EUR.

According to the announcement, hotel "Hilton" on 15,877 square meters, in the vicinity of representative and residential complex "Inex Gorica", should be built in 2.5 years.

According to the announcement, "Soravia Group", as the only participant in the public auction, bought the lot for about 900,000 EUR.
