Construction of 7,500 apartments in settlement Višnjičko polje

By the decision about design of the plan for detailed regulation of housing project Višnjičko polje, which has been recently adopted by the City Assembly, there is possibility of construction of about 900,000 square meters of, first of all, housing space.

In addition, the infrastructure that future citizens will need will also be built – children’s institutions, schools, unpaved surfaces, sports facilities and cultural centers.

On the slope towards the Danube – the border of the complex on the north side is Slanački road, the zone towards cemetery Lešće is on the east and southeast side, and Mirijevo hill is on the south side – construction of housing complex for 25,000 people is in the pipeline.

The planned main hot water pipeline along Slanački road will be connecting Heating plant Višnjička banja with the existing hot water network on the territory of Karaburma.
