Azmont Investment gets permit to build Portonovi neighborhood
The Montenegrin Ministry of Sustainable Development has issued a building permit to Azmong Investment for the construction of Portonovi neighborhood in the mixed-use zone, that is, phase 1 (Lower Village).
The surface area covered by Portonovi - Lower Village totals 45,000 square, and the plan is to construct only three-storey buildings with the ground floor and cellar. According to the Ministry's decision, cadastral parcels to be used belong to the sector 5 of the former barracks in Kumbor.
Azmont Investment, founded by SOKAR, plans to build a luxury tourist complex featuring lower village, marina and sand beach with 900 sunbeds by 2017. The plan is to invest over half a billion euro in this project, the Podgorica daily Dan writes.
