Austrian Immofinanz is building Stop.Shop in Subotica and Cacak - 8 retail parks in Serbia planned
(Project of the center in Subotica) New Subotica-based retail park will occupy 7.300 m2 and will be located at the east exit of the town, Austrian investor, Immofinanz says for eKapija. They will build another one in Cacak. The Austrian company says they are planning 8 similar investments in our country in the next 3 to 4 years.
As previously announced, Immofinanz will start works in Subotica after obtaining construction permit and they did not want to speak about the investment value or other deadlines as for now.
This retail center will be one of Stop.Shop facilities in the east Europe which rents its office space at 50 locations in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and Slovenia. Although it is still now known for sure which brands will be offered in Subotca, Immofinanz mentions that Takko, Deichmann, DM, Kik are their renters in majority of locations.
Stop.Shop centers are for smaller environments with 30.000 to 150.000 inhabitants and goods available, as it is always the case with retail parks, is adapted with purchasing power of population.
