Modern towers in glass, parks and new streets – construction of modern business complex on Autokomanda in pipeline

Autokomanda will look completely different in few years, because, according to land-utilization plans, a modern trade center with numerous commercial contents will be built on this attractive location.

- The plan includes the space encompassed by the highway, Stefan Prvovenčani Boulevard, Oslobođenja Boulevard and the route of the future inner main ring – said Vesna Pešić, the architect of Town Hall of Voždovac.

- The complex that will be built on this location will have commercial, business and cultural contents and it will reflect modern architectural solution, similar to the projects implemented in Novi Beograd. Therefore, this location will probably represent the center of the city zone of Belgrade, which will be settled on the territory of Voždovac - says the architect of this borough.

Company "Delta M" is the investor and, so far, the only certain builder. It is also the owner of the part of the land, because the company became the owner of the lot in the vicinity of the cloverleaf, where the facilities were settled, when it bought company "Autokomanda". The plan of this large company includes construction of modern facility on surface of about 90,000 square meters.

The city planners planned construction of more than 200,000 square meters on this space, so that the other builders will be selected on the tender announced by the Directorate for building land.
