Construction of Aviv park in Zrenjanin started – Investment totaling EUR 30 m
The construction of Aviv retail parka in Zrenjanin has started and it is expected the first customers will come to the opening in late 2015.
Zrenjanin-based retail park will be the third in a row investment of Israeli
investor Aviv Arlon in trade facilities of this type, after the park in Pancevo
and a similar shopping mall which has been under construction in Belgrade.
Marketing Manager at Serbian branch office of Aviv Arlon, Danka Gladovic, confirmed for eKapija
da that the construction started as well as the investment is estimated at EUR
30 m.

month we expect other contrcats which have been negotiated to be signed as well

Zrenjanin-based retail park will occupy 22.000 m2 of retail space and it has
been announced that, apart from famous international and domestic fashion
brands, there will be hypermarkets, shops with technical equipment, kids’ playroom,
drugstores, exchange offices, restaurants, cafes and a cinema. Customers will
have 800 parking places available and it will not be charged.
"Aviv Park" Zrenjanin will be built on 6h out of total 10ha which
Israeli company own.
The investment is bringing new vacancies as well. The plan is to hire 1000
people though construction operational activities by engaging domestic construction
companies and after construction completion, 400- 500 people will get permanent
jobs in Zrenjanin.
