The Ministry of sustainable development and tourism
of Montenegro issued construction permit for the construction of the small
four-star hotel at Petrovac boardwalk at the location of former restaurant Sutjeska,
Radio-televizija Crne Gore reports.
The investor, Nikola Rajkovic from Portoroz, got construction permit in late December. It is a building on 2.200 m2 (gross), which will have basement, ground floor and there floors, Radio-Television of Montegero reports.
