Novi Sad sells land in Bulevar vojvode Stepe

The lot in Bulevar vojvode Stepe in Novi Sad on 1.626 m2, will be sold through public bidding.

The City of Novi Sad released a tender for sale of the land and business facility is planned to be built here.

The initial price is RSD 25.633.890,00, and public bidding due December 17 will be carried out by the Commission for implementation of sale i.e. renting procedure of construction land owned by the City of Novi Sad in the presence of the interesting parties.
