Check whether investor has debts – Belgrade gets info center for flat buyers

The Directorate for construction land and construction of Belgrade opened an Info center where the citizens who want to buy a flat will be able to inform on whether an investor paid all fees and whether it has debts towards the town, Beoinfo reports.

The city manager, Goran Vesic who attended the opening of the Info-center, outlined that the Info line was opened within the campaign of payment collection for city land from investors which did not fulfill this obligation.

The city manager outlined the one who does not pay construction land generates extra profit and actually takes from its own town.

The head of the Directorate for construction land, Branislav Popovic, said that as of the beginning 2015, a list of all debtors will be published.
