Sale of Simo Milosevic Institute in Igalo still on hold
Negotiations of the tender commission and the American –English consortium, Wellness Limited Group, on sale of majority state-owned stake at Dr Simo Milosevic" Institute in Igalo will continue after local elections in Herveg Novi and set up of new city authorities, "Vijesti” found out. The negotiations have been ongoing for two months.
At the tender for the sale of 56,5% state-owned shares, the Consortium offered EUR 25.000 more than 10 m , to the Institute, which was the minimal price.
For investments into medical equipment of the Institute, the consortium offered EUR 10 m, within eight years, which double the amount of minimal investment required. They offered EUR 222 m for development of existing and construction of new facilities, which is much more than EUR 20 m, the sum minimally set at the tender.
The offer of the American-English consortium was the only one which arrived at the fourth tender. The consortium comprises American IMG, International Group (IG), Brown Rudnick, Sterling Campbell, International Hospitals Group, Replus, as well as KCrn Capital Limited".Apart from financial terms, the tender requires that a bidder provides services of physical medicine, rehabilitation and rheumatology and it can have a hotel with no less than 200 rooms and five stars.
