New business space in Novi Beograd - Airport City Beograd will soon start construction of four facilities (PHOTO)

Airport City Beograd is planning to expand business complex in Belgrade through the construction of four facilities, eKapija finds out.

- The investor, Airport City Beograd, is continuing the construction of new, independent facilities. Airport City-Business complex 2000 is called business complex –Milan Radoicic, from the ZAPP project bureau, the company which did the design project, said for our portal.

The construction of four facilities in Block 65 was planned, three with the ground floor, 11 floors and a separate floor (facilities 2100, 2200 and 2300) and one with a ground floor, 13 floors and another separate floor.

As our collocutor says, it is possible to specify the project investment value at this stage.

- The facilities will be 100% business and they will comprise office space, most likely to rent. The investment will most likely range within prices per square meter for this kind of a facility in Belgrade.

The investor, as we found out, is ready to start the first stage immediately (the facility 2100 with supplementary garage and necessary facilities) so that the works in this part will start immediately after the construction permit is obtained.

- The construction of one business facility is definite, out of four within the project. This part of the complex could be implemented within a year and maybe in a shorter period of time. Other stages will be built in line with the dynamics defined by the investor.

The construction of the first facility at the Old airport area started in 2005.
