New investor instead of Lildl - Leskovac to release tender for lot on 2.000 m2

The location in Leskovac, which they have been preparing for the construction of the Lidl trade chain will be offered to other investors at an auction.

It is the area on 2.000 m2, where the green market has been for decades at the old bud station.

The decision to sell the land is made at yesterday’s meeting of the City council of Leskovac, where it was said there is a number of interested buyers.

The initial lot price is RSD 75 m.
